Fiorella's story is a tender tale of hope and a second chance. This incredibly sweet lamb arrived at Casa Isimuni on June 27, 2025, under delicate circumstances.
Her life began in the most difficult and lonely way. When she was just one week old, she was found completely alone, disoriented, and vulnerable in a field. Without her mother's protection, her future was highly uncertain.
Her rescue is thanks to the quick actions of a woman named Alessandra, who spotted her during a walk. Instead of ignoring the situation, she acted promptly, immediately alerting volunteers and a veterinarian. That phone call was a lifeline for Fiorella.
Thanks to this chain of compassion, Fiorella finally found refuge and loving care at Casa Isimuni. Here, she received everything she needed: bottle feedings, a warm shelter, and plenty of affection to help her overcome the trauma of her first days.
Today, Fiorella is a lively and curious lamb, growing strong and in excellent health. Her journey is not yet complete; she is currently in a very important phase of gradual introduction to the flock. With patience and respect for her own pace, she is learning to socialize with her own kind, rediscovering the roots she was once denied, on her way to becoming a true sanctuary sheep.
